Maryborough Shs Block a Administration Refurbishment – Heritage Listed

This project consisted of a Heritage listed building with all new works being consistent to the existing style of the building. While the front reception design was to fit in with today’s modern era, all new architraves, skirtings and mouldings were moulded to match the existing Heritage features. A new deck and ramp were replaced at the rear of the building with infill being L shaped providing a fresh modern atmosphere. This project was complete with new security and PA system installation within the school. The challenge of this part of the project was that the school is divided by main road and is on two different lots of land.

This project involved working in an operating school environment at the Maryborough State High School.
