Gyrica Gardens Quilpie

The construction of a new multi-function centre at Gyrica Gardens Retirement Village Quilpie in South West QLD consisted of a multi-purpose room with acoustic ceilings and exposed trusses, a modern kitchen, office facilities, store room and PWD Facilities. NSB constructed a large outdoor area with an insulted panel roofing system, feature wall, laser cut screens and BBQ facility for the gathering of the senior citizens. The exterior of the centre incorporated new landscaping with footpaths not only in the complex but also throughout the small township of Quilpie. The new centre was designed to have similar features to the existing surrounding complex, with a more modern design.
