This project in Queensland’s remote town of Cunnamulla, is a Tourist Attraction involving a Hot Springs, Pontoon, and Riverwalk. The project involved town planning to develop a hot springs bathing complex which will have a Main Building (including reception, therapy rooms and coffee breakout space), a Steam/Sauna smaller secondary building and Outdoor Pools made up of 6 separate springs/outdoor pools. The facility is accessed via a Riverwalk along the riverbank. There will also be a Pontoon landing located on the banks of the River which will be accessible to the public.
